ph679 Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1  These Terms and Conditions, together with ph679's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ph679.

2.2  By (a) registering a ph679 Account, (b) depositing funds, (c) placing a wager, or (d) accessing any game or betting service on ph679.club, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for you personally.

2.3  These Terms take precedence over any previous oral or written understanding between you and ph679 regarding the same subject matter. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may hold under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

2.4  ph679 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Refer to Section 15 for the amendment procedure.

3.1  To be eligible to register and maintain a ph679 Account, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ph679 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such person;
• Not be self-excluded from ph679 or any other gambling platform under a current self-exclusion order; and
• Not be prohibited from engaging in online gambling by any applicable court order, regulatory directive, or statutory provision.

3.2  ph679 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Where ph679 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User may be under 21, ph679 may suspend the Account and request documentary proof of age before permitting further access or processing any withdrawal.

3.3  Any funds deposited by a User who does not meet the eligibility criteria shall be returned to the original payment source, subject to deduction of any transaction fees imposed by the relevant payment provider. Winnings generated on an ineligible account shall be forfeited.

4.1  To access ph679's real-money gaming services, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free. You may register via ph679.club by providing the information requested on the registration form.

4.2  One Account Only. Each User is entitled to maintain one (1) Account only. The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms. ph679 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any wagers placed or winnings generated through them.

4.3  Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to update your Account information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

4.4  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ph679 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph679 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.5  ph679 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, in its sole discretion.

5.1  ph679 is required to verify the identity of its users in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended, and related PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming operators.

5.2  Before processing any withdrawal, ph679 will require you to submit the following:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, passport, driver's licence, or voter's ID are accepted);
• Confirmation that the name, date of birth, and other identifiers on the ID match your ph679 Account registration; and
• Where ph679 deems it necessary: a photograph of you holding the ID ("selfie KYC"), proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account), or proof of address.

5.3  ph679 aims to complete KYC reviews within thirty (30) minutes of receiving all required documents during business hours. Complex cases may take up to three (3) business days.

5.4  ph679 may request additional verification at any time — not only at withdrawal. Where enhanced due diligence is required for transactions above threshold amounts under Philippine AML regulations, you agree to cooperate fully.

5.5  All documents submitted for KYC are processed in accordance with ph679's Privacy Policy.

6.1 Deposits

ph679 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method. Deposits credited to your ph679 Account must be funded from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (or the equivalent in crypto). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit, or to a verified account in your name. ph679 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ph679 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional security checks, KYC completion, or investigation of suspected irregular activity is required.

6.3 Currency

ph679 operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. ph679 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

6.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank, GCash, Maya, or any other payment provider in respect of a legitimate ph679 deposit is a serious breach of these Terms. Upon receiving notice of a chargeback, ph679 will immediately suspend your Account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, and relevant financial regulators.

7.1  ph679 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, referral rewards, and other promotional offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed on the applicable promotion page.

7.3  One Bonus Per Promotion Period. Unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

7.4  ph679 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any bonus credits already issued and subject to active wagering will remain valid under the original terms until the stated expiry.

7.5  Bonus credits expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit stated on the promotion. Expired bonus credits are automatically removed from your Account Balance.

8.1  All games available on ph679 — including slots, live casino, table games, sports betting, sabong, and bingo — are subject to individual game rules published within each game's interface or help section. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

8.2  Certified RNG. All ph679 slot and RNG table game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. ph679 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average and are sourced from licensed game developers.

8.3  Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, ph679's recorded outcome for the affected round shall be final, provided that such a record is available and unambiguous. Where no reliable record exists, ph679 may void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's Balance. ph679 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the User's side.

8.4  Voided Bets. ph679 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error displaying incorrect odds, prices, or game parameters. The staked amount will be returned to the User's Balance.

8.5  Sports Betting. All sports betting markets offered by ph679 are governed by the sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Specific rules governing settlement, postponements, cancellations, and walkovers are published in the sports betting help section.

9.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph679 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one ph679 Account;
• Using another person's Account or payment method without their explicit consent;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a way that simulates or replaces human gameplay;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or any connected game;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud under Philippine law or international standards;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any form of cheating device, software, or unauthorized external communication;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Accessing ph679 from a Prohibited Territory using VPN or other circumvention technology; and
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph679 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9.2  ph679 employs transaction monitoring, geolocation detection, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis tools to identify prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, ph679 reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold any Balance pending investigation, and disclose relevant information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or Philippine law enforcement authorities.

10.1  All content on ph679.club — including but not limited to the ph679 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, promotional materials, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of ph679 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without ph679's prior written consent.

10.3  Game content displayed on ph679 is owned by or licenced from third-party game developers. Separate intellectual property rights of those developers apply to individual games.

11.1  ph679 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and ph679.

11.2  By registering a ph679 Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and marketing communications where you have opted in.

11.3  ph679 may be legally required to disclose User data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other government authorities in accordance with Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made strictly as required by law and without prejudice to ph679's obligations under its Privacy Policy.

12.1  ph679 operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines for online gaming operators. Consistent with those guidelines and ph679's own responsible gaming policy, the following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, settable from your Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

13.2  ph679 excludes all liability — to the extent permitted by law — for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, maintenance, or technical failures not attributable to ph679's gross negligence;
• Acts or omissions of third-party game developers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers; and
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

13.3  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph679's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph679's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14.1  ph679 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph679 reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur;
• The User has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information;
• The Account is being used for prohibited activities as defined in Section 9;
• KYC documentation requested by ph679 has not been provided within 30 days of the request;
• Regulatory compliance requires Account restriction or closure; or
• The Account has been dormant for 12 consecutive months.

14.2  Dormant Accounts. An Account with a zero balance that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. ph679 reserves the right to close dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining Balance in a dormant account will be retained for 90 days following closure, after which it will be transferred in accordance with applicable unclaimed property regulations.

14.3  Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited, at ph679's discretion, after deducting any amounts owed to ph679.

14.4  You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ph679's support team. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15.1  ph679 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform features, payment methods, or operational policies.

15.2  Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

15.3  Where you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.4  The version of these Terms displayed on ph679.club/terms-conditions on any given date is the version currently in force.

16.1  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

16.2  Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph679, you agree to first contact ph679's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ph679 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.

16.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

16.4  Nothing in this Section prevents ph679 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to address any breach that may cause irreparable harm.
